Our goal is to provide educators the tools they need to teach effectively. We understand that teachers not only do not have the time to create good, well written warm-up activities, they are also overwhelmed with the amount of materials that come with the textbooks as additional activites. What we have done is pare down the activities to the essentials. The Science and Math TAKS Exit Level Skill Builder Programs are based on actual released TAKS exams. The TEKS are given with each exercise. We have put the TEKS right on each Skill Builder card. The Skill Builder cards are numbered and the teacher has an index of all the cards and activities. What this means is that the teacher can correlate the Skill Builder cards and exercises to each class lesson.

The Skill Builder Program is desigend to be a warm-up activity that is no longer than 10 minutes long. It is designed to get the students thining on the subject of the day in an interactive and fun way.

We encourage student, teacher, and parent input on this product. We want this to be the most comprehensive and most useful tool available. We have no intention of the Skill Builder Program taking the place of the core curriculum, but we want it to be a vital part of helping students master the content of the core curriculum.
